By using JEEcompass you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should review these terms with you.

Use of the site

Content on JEEcompass (articles, resources, tests, questions and tools) is for your personal, non-commercial study use. Do not copy, resell, scrape or redistribute it without written permission.

Accounts

Give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. One account is for one person; do not share it. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Tests and rankings

Test scores and ranks compare you only with other users of the site and are not predictions of your result in JEE or any official exam. Attempt tests honestly: do not use multiple accounts, share answers or tamper with the platform. We may correct or remove results affected by errors or misuse.

No guarantee of results

Mentorship, tests and advice can improve your preparation but cannot guarantee a particular score, rank or admission. Results depend on your own effort and circumstances. Articles reflect the authors' experience and opinions and are not professional, medical or mental-health advice. If you are struggling, please talk to someone you trust or a qualified professional.

Payments and refunds

Paid plans show their price, duration and benefits on the upgrade page before you pay. Prices are in Indian rupees and payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Access starts after your payment is confirmed and lasts for the plan's stated period; plans do not renew automatically.

Because digital access begins immediately, payments are generally non-refundable once access is granted. If you were charged but did not receive access, or were charged twice, contact us and we will fix it or refund the amount. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear.

Community conduct

Be respectful in groups, Q&A and any messages to us. We may remove content or access for abuse, harassment, spam, or sharing leaked or copyrighted exam material.

Intellectual property

The site, its design and our original content belong to JEEcompass or its authors. Exam names and third-party books or institutes mentioned belong to their respective owners, and no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the site running but provide it "as is", without promises of uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change or discontinue features. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the courts at the location of the site operator, unless the law gives you a different right.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
